Profile: Experienced Marketing Analyst

This is a pivotal senior role for a professional who thrives on bridging the gap between client management, team leadership, strategic project guidance and technical execution. The ideal candidate is a natural organizer and people-person who complements our existing deep technical expertise. They will take ownership of client projects, mentor our talented junior and medior team members, and play a key role in building the operational foundation of our company.

Primary focus & responsibilities

The role is built on three core pillars:

  1. Client & Project Leadership:

    • Act as the trusted consultant for a portfolio of clients,managing expectations and ensuring project success from start to finish.
    • Lead the execution of our more standardized, high-value projects, such as:
      • Google Analytics 4 implementations and analyses
      • Google Tag Manager configurations
      • Technical SEO audits
      • Consent banner implementations
    • Confidently manage relationships with both large enterprise stakeholders and agile SME teams, with the opportunity to specialize on a client type that best suits your preference.
  2. Team Mentorship & Culture:

    • Serve as a mentor and guide for our junior and medior team members, fostering their professional and personal growth.
    • Act as a supportive leader who the team feels comfortable approaching for guidance on your areas of expertise and for feedback on the client projects you work on together.
    • Coach the team on soft skills and client communication, while taking the lead in project management to ensure clarity and success.
    • Bring a positive, can-do, and social energy that strengthens not only our collaborative project work but also our internal team culture and atmosphere.
  3. Operational Partnership:

    • Co-pilot the business by building our operational foundation. You will take the lead in professionalizing our operations—designing the processes, structure, and systems that will allow us to scale our impact without sacrificing quality.

Experience & skillset

Requirements

As a small and fast growing business, we are flexible in our hiring process. We’re looking for people that are loyal, driven and will go the extra mile. However, there are things that are a must to be able to add value to the current team and help us reach our goals.

  • Experience in the industry: we are looking for a senior team member, with a 5 year experience in the digital marketing (and tech) industry.
  • Leadership & Management Experience: A demonstrable track record in leading a team, managing client expectations, building a positive culture, and defining processes.
  • Technical Experience & Mindset: You have proven, hands-on experience with core analytics and data collection tools like Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager. You possess an academic and analytical mindset: you are driven by curiosity, ask insightful questions, and form data-driven hypotheses rather than stating unsupported opinions. Should be able to handle and have a flying start with client-work from the beginning.

Pluses

As a young and agile nature company, we are always looking to improve our work, but also the processes behind the curtains. This means we heavily value hands-on experience with topics outside of the core requirements. We are looking for people that stand out, and can give us the edge over other agencies.

  • Internal Processes Experience: Experience in setting up company processes, structures and teams. Think of taking our onboarding process to the next level, or providing a streamlined structure for invoicing.
  • Data Platform Experience: While not required, experience with platforms like Piwik PRO or PostHog, or with more complex implementations like Google Cloud Platform implementations, server-side tracking and data engineering (SQL, Cloud Architecture), would be a significant advantage.

We offer a fully transparent compensation model that includes a clear path to employee participation and profit-sharing, directly rewarding you for the growth you help create.   • Flexibility: We are open to full-time, part-time (minimum 3 days/week), or even a long-term contracting arrangement. The key is commitment and a shared vision.
  • Compensation: We are always looking to compensate employees fairly. While we have a standardized compensation model in place, we value people going the extra mile. Taking on tasks and responsibilities outside of your work, will be noticed and rewarded accordingly. This is why we offer a salary range of EUR 3400 to EUR 4400 per month to adapt to the skills and experience of our future team members.
